This coffee is a complex coffee, perfumed with a bright and lively acidity, a velvety smooth body, a vibrant drink is created on the palate that classifies it as one of the best coffees produced.
Marcala is known for the production of coffee, and was the first protected origin denomination for coffee in Honduras. We have created a regional coffee that embodies the heart and soul of the La Paz region.

Our single-origin beans are also typically roasted lighter to highlight the flavors inherent to the bean rather than the roast.
