Piura sits on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. balanced acidity, good body, and notes of chocolate, caramel, and nuts.
In northeast, we find Amazonas. As well as being home to the world’s most famous jungle, Amazonas has seven different coffee-producing provinces.
“Profiles here have notes of dry fruits, caramel, and candy, along with a balanced body and acidity,” Ana tells me. Just like in Piura, are common.
